2024年4月12日星期五下午4點至6點30分，由深圳國際仲裁院（SCIA）與俄羅斯仲裁中心（RAC）共同主辦的“中俄國際商事仲裁研討會”在深圳國際仲裁院前海國際總部——國際仲裁大廈（SCIA Tower）37樓國際會議廳舉行。
本次研討會分為兩個環節，分別邀請中俄法律專家、行業專家現場參與，就中俄經貿往來與爭議解決、商事仲裁的最新發展、仲裁裁決的承認與執行等展開交流研討。
我所高級合伙人譚岳奇律師作為主講嘉賓之一，用英文分享了有關中國涉外裁決的的司法審查問題。
譚岳奇律師從法律依據、司法審查標準以及實務中的案例操作三個方面，對中國仲裁機構做出的涉外裁決問題進行了介紹，通過案例的生動講解，更加直觀以及清晰地為現場觀眾展示了中國涉外仲裁的實踐。其話題也引起了俄方與會嘉賓的興趣，雙方對此進行探討。
譚岳奇律師擁有多年處理涉外案件的律師實務經驗以及在中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會(CIETAC)和深圳國際仲裁院(SCIA)等眾多仲裁機構擔任仲裁員處理涉外案件的豐富實踐，本次活動再次展現出中銀律師在國際業務中的專業表現。
The China and Russia: international Commercial Arbitration Seminar co-organized by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC) was held on the 37th floor of the SCIA International Arbitration Tower, on April 12(Friday), 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The seminar was divided into two sessions, inviting Chinese and Russian legal experts and industry experts to participate in the seminar, and to exchange views on Sino-Russian economic and trade exchanges and dispute resolution, the latest development of commercial arbitration, and the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
As one of the guest speakers, Mr. Yueqi Tan, a senior partner of Zhong Yin(Shenzhen) Law Firm, shared his views on the judicial review of China’s foreign-related arbitral awards in English.
Mr. Yueqi Tan introduced the issues of foreign-related arbitral awards made by Chinese arbitration centers from three aspects: legal basis, judicial review and case analysis. Through the vivid explanation of cases, Yueqi Tan’s speech more intuitively and clearly demonstrated the practice of foreign-related arbitration in China with the audience on the spot. The topic also aroused the interest of the Russian guests, and the two sides discussed it.
Mr. Yueqi Tan has many years of practical experience in handling foreign-related cases and rich practice in handling foreign-related cases as an arbitrator in many arbitration institutions, such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), etc. This activity once again shows the professional performance of Zhong Yin’s lawyers in international business.
